Refund Policy / 退款政策
Thank you for purchasing from Enze Pro HVAC Training Store.
Because our products are digital training materials, PDF files, checklists, and downloadable resources, all sales are generally final once the file has been delivered or accessed.
If you experience a technical issue with downloading or opening your file, please contact us first at support@enzepro.com or downloads@enzepro.com. We will help you access the file as soon as possible.
Refund requests may be reviewed case by case if:
- The file was not delivered due to a technical issue;
- The wrong product was purchased by mistake and the file has not been accessed;
- There is a duplicate order;
- There is another reasonable issue that requires manual review.
We do not guarantee refunds for downloaded digital products simply because the customer changed their mind, no longer needs the material, or expected different content after receiving access.
Our HVAC training materials are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not a replacement for local codes, manufacturer instructions, licensed professional judgment, or on-site diagnosis.

以下情况可以个案审核退款请求:
- 因技术问题导致文件未能成功发送;
- 误买了错误产品,且文件尚未被访问;
- 重复下单;
- 其它合理原因,需要人工审核。
如果数字文件已经成功发送或下载,仅因为改变主意、不再需要、或收到后觉得内容与个人预期不同,通常不保证退款。
